Eco‑Ness Shipping & Delivery Policy
Eco‑Ness offers simple, flexible fulfilment options for all orders. Choose the method that suits you best.
1. Australia Post Shipping — Flat Rate $15
All orders can be shipped anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $15 via Australia Post. Tracking is included.
2. Free Local Pickup (By Arrangement)
Pickup from Aldinga Beach is free. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email to arrange a suitable pickup time.

3. Local Delivery — $7 (Within 30km of Aldinga Beach)
Eco‑Ness offers local delivery for $7 to addresses within a 30km radius of Aldinga Beach. Deliveries are made within 7 days of ordering.
4. Regular Cleaning Clients
If you are an Eco‑Ness cleaning client, simply select Free Pickup at checkout. Your order will be delivered at your next scheduled clean at no extra cost.

Eco-Ness Returns & Refund Policy:
Eco‑Ness products are made in small batches with care, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of handmade, small‑batch products, we do not accept change‑of‑mind returns. Please choose carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items Received
If we accidentally send the wrong product, we’ll fix it at no extra cost.
Lost Parcels
If Australia Post marks your parcel as lost, we will lodge an enquiry and provide a replacement once the investigation is complete.
Local Delivery & Pickup Issues
For local delivery or pickup orders, if there is an issue with your order on arrival, notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve it quickly.
